A 1/12 scale semi kit of the IB1 D-Class, the workhorse inshore lifeboat operated by the RNLI and many independent lifeboat stations.
Designed with a focus on capturing the character and detail of the real D-Class, this kit provides the major 3D-printed components, leaving the builder to complete the model with their own choice of materials, finishing and additional components.

- Three part 3D Printed Hull (an amalgamation of the Sponsons, “Fabric Hull” & Transom)
- Bow Section
- Mid Section
- Aft Section
- 3D Printed Pod.
- 3D Printed Floorboards
- 3D-printed TPU rubber components, including:
- Grab handles
- Rubbing strake
- Mattress
- Resin Printed details including:
- Pod Faceplate
- VHF aerial mount
- Light Pole Mount
- Engine clamp plate
- Oars
- Non-Functional Outboard Motor.

This is a semi kit, rather than a complete ready-to-build model.
The builder will need to source or make a number of additional components and materials. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Rope and cordage
- Paints and finishing materials
- Bow dodger fabric
- Decals
- Drain tubes
- Other small hardware and consumables
The kit is supplied as printed components and is intended for the modeller to complete, finish and assemble.
